Mudra Art Academy Switzerland collaborating with Samvedan The Deodatt Persaud Kathak Studios and will be presenting an evening devoted to the lord of enchantment Shri Krishna. In the beautiful classical dance style of Kathak stories and episodes from the life of Shri Krishna will be depicted, from his teasing and mischievous ways with the milkmaids (gopis) to the divine dances with the beloved Shri Radherani. The highlight is the presentation of the Raas Leela, that is the story of an eternal bond between Krishna and his devotees —it encapsulates the universal love with his devotees and shows the universal truth that masculine and feminine energies floating in a sea of love and devotion is transformative. A colourful dance evening set to bring essence of Raas to life and the devotees of krishna closer to the divine.
